Dr Brooks has over 20 years experience working both as a consultant to the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Industry or directly within the industry at Divisional and Corporate level for Abbott and most recently AbbVie. His experience covers QA, Health & Safety , Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement. He is a successful project and programme manager having delivered $Millions in savings as a result of operational improvement projects and strategic sourcing projects. He joined Achilles in February 2013 to bring the Achilles concept of ‘Collaborative Purchasing Communities’ to the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Industry at both the organisation and sector level.
